Below are some FAQ:

 

Will I be able to go into the hypnotic state?  
Every normal person has many times been in a state which is essentially the same as the hypnotic condition. i.e.  Driving and not knowing how you got from one place to the next.

Will I lose consciousness?  No!

Will I have difficulty awakening?
No. You are at all times able to awaken yourself should you wish to do so.  

Are there different depths of hypnosis?
Yes.  Some people go quickly into a much deeper hypnosis than others.  However, you can go deeper with practice.

Will I remember what happened in the hypnotic state?
If you go into very deep hypnosis, what went on while you were hypnotized may seem like a night-time dream which you forget as soon as you awaken.  

Should I be hypnotized if on medication or under a physicians care for depression ?
If you are you must have a note from your doctor giving permission for hypnosis.  Not for insurance purposes.
